What You’ll Do

Craft irresistible Southern cuisine.

This in-depth cooking class is all about Southern comfort food done right! You’ll jump right in, frying up golden, crunchy buttermilk fried chicken that’s crispy on the outside and irresistibly juicy inside. Then, you’ll slow-braise greens with smoky bacon for that deep, rich flavor and bake impossibly flaky buttermilk biscuits slathered in honey butter. Finally, no Southern feast is complete without a tall glass of ice-cold sweet tea.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
