What You’ll Do

Handcrafted pies, perfectly baked!

In this creative cooking class, you’ll master perfect pie dough with the guidance of a chef instructor. Craft a mushroom and goat cheese galette, flaky berry galettes and sweet cinnamon apple hand pies. You’ll even use every last bit of dough to make pie crust cookies for a buttery treat. If you’re a pie lover looking to elevate your skills, register today!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was awesome. I can't remember the name of the chef that was actually teaching the class, but I'm guessing it was the resident chef. Either way, my wife and I had a great time learning about making pasta from scratch. It was much simpler than we realized and tasted great. We ended up getting the hand crank pasta maker after the class and are super excited to make our own pasta in the future.

I think the chef was a little unprepared and disorganized. Also, the chef should circulate through the class more to make sure everyone gets some 1 on 1 time with the instructor. Course was kind of expensive for what little it covered.

The food came out great. I felt the whole experience was very rushed. I did not like sharing a station and ingredients with another couple, especially since there were four stations in the kitchen, and only three couples and we were all crowded around 2 stations. This setup also prevented us from being able to perform all the techniques.

Yes, was a fun class. Chef was wonderful and great personality and his assistant was nice and accommodating too. Loved the recipes and learning to build & cook them with my friends. Would highly Suggest to have POTHOLDERS available for safety when we are grabbing the HOT Pan handles while cooking- several of us had quite the shock of grabbing a HOT handle with no potholders available.~ especially when it’s connected to a Kitchen Store…? Thanks for teaching me a bit of Chinese cooking ??

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
