I am Italian, from the bay of Naples so I specialize in southern Italian comfort food with an emphasis on fresh, simple ingredients and seafood. I spent 25 years as a chef on merchant marine ships with Italian crews. I came to the Seattle area in 1989 and fell in love with the natural beauty here. I opened my first restaurant in 1993, then 2 more, all featuring rustic southern Italian comfort food.
