This interactive cooking class will inspire your culinary creativity as you craft sweet and savory delights using handmade pie dough. The chef shares secrets for making the perfect dough, then you’ll use it for the base of mushroom or berry-filled galettes, cinnamon apple stuffed hand pies and flaky pie crust cookies.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
