Discover how to craft perfect pie dough and use that recipe to shape delicate galettes and delightful pie crust cookies. By the end, you'll have the skills to bake delicious, homemade pies that impress.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Friendly and professional, Chef Vilsaria provided simple guidance, which made our first-ever "cooking class" surprisingly enjoyable. I was somewhat intimidated, but she set a casual and relaxed atmosphere, which made the evening a fun night out for us. We definitely will be back!
