Your class begins with preparing a fresh and flavorful green salad, followed by succulent meatballs. Complete your journey with a heavenly tiramisu that is a true treat for your taste buds. Even as the class draws to a close, you will be able to use your new skills to delight dinner guests again and again.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I am Italian, from the bay of Naples so I specialize in southern Italian comfort food with an emphasis on fresh, simple ingredients and seafood. I spent 25 years as a chef on merchant marine ships with Italian crews. I came to the Seattle area in 1989 and fell in love with the natural beauty here. I opened my first restaurant in 1993, then 2 more, all featuring rustic southern Italian comfort food.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Gaspare. In addition to a showing us how to prepare a delicious meal, he shared some wonderful stories from his life in Italy and America. We would heartily recommend him to anyone looking to host a cooking class or just have an intimate date night at home.

My experience with Chef Gaspare was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly and talkative, made my family and I really comfortable. The kids helped him to cook and he taught us valuable things about our menu. We had a blast! The meal was unbelievably tasty and dessert was outstanding!! We love the experience and chef Gaspare. Having a chef cooking for you and your family at home is absolutely worth it. Thank you, chef Gaspare and Cozymeal team.
