What You’ll Do

There is nothing like classic Italian cuisine, from hearty proteins to decadent desserts.

Learn about the fundamentals of hearty and rustic Italian dishes in this engaging cooking class. You will learn the trick to achieving a nourishing and comforting chicken piccata, which will be complemented by the fragrances of roasted garlic polenta and asparagus bursting with truffle. Tie it in a bow with a butterscotch budino elevated by olive oil and sea salt.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chef was great and the meal was delicious. I was told we'd receive the recipe in our emails though and I still haven't seen it.

Chef was good. We didn't get to help with the dessert at all. I would have liked to have helped there.
