Learn how to create exquisite sauces and condiments to accent any recipe.
Discover techniques for preparing a variety of flavor-enhancing sauces in this cooking class. Begin by preparing a bold sauce for shrimp fra diavolo with linguine and a refreshing pesto vinaigrette for a Caprese salad. Next, make mint gremolata with whipped ricotta to top grilled squash. The dessert is prosecco zabaglione with fresh berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef
Chef Kate has been surrounded by the food industry since childhood. Her dream of becoming a chef led her to a 30-year career working as an Executive Chef for some of the largest corporations in the world. Her travels took her to the East Coast while she helped open a variety of restaurants and cafes. Now settled in Dallas, Chef Kate loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors with her granddaughters.
