What You’ll Do

Lift the lid on iconic Italian dishes and build essential kitchen skills.

Get fresh kitchen inspiration with this fascinating cooking class centered at traditional, big-hearted and big-flavored Italian dishes. Led by an expert chef, you’ll build your skills as you craft linguine with shrimp, a spring-inspired Caprese salad and grilled squash with zingy mint gremolata. End your session with a splash… of Prosecco in a refreshing zabaglione.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Jesse brings a rich culinary background to every class, shaped by experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, private chef work and operating his own food ventures. He has played key roles in opening restaurant and brewery kitchens, as well as developing diverse menus. Now instructing, Chef Jesse combines his deep knowledge and passion for food with a love for teaching, helping students master efficient kitchen techniques while making cooking a fun, engaging experience.
