What better way to thank your mom than with this dedicated Mother's Day cooking class? Whip up a sweet stack of skillet soufflé pancakes with lemon syrup and blackberries before satisfying her love of savory with a classic eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce. Bacon and leek potato hash with chive crème fraîche works wonders on the side, and to wash it all down, what better than some sweetness in the form of a maple latte?

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
