What You’ll Do

Learn the subtle art of cooking with French ingredients and techniques in this cooking course.

Practice the art of French cuisine in this comforting cooking class. Beginning with classic French onion soup, you will achieve the perfect cheese pull with gruyere. Add a delightfully tart and savory salad to the mix, with warm goat cheese and a shallot-based vinaigrette. The showstopper will come in the form of an herby steak slathered in Roquefort butter. Not to be outdone is a dessert of warm, roasted strawberries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
