Warm up to a delicious evening of food, fun and learning with a date night cooking class showcasing specialties from Japan. You'll have first-rate instruction from a local chef who sets the tone for fun and romance while showing you how to create tender seared salmon, vegetable tempura with dipping sauce and classic California rolls.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.
