Cuba becomes a destination for delicious dining lessons in a cooking class that brings this island nation's cuisine into focus. Grill succulent pork flavored with lime-marinated onions, make tostones with a zesty mango and avocado salsa, make classic rice and beans and concoct luscious flan in a session guided by a five-star chef instructor.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
