all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 4-course meal.
Recreate dishes straight from the Italian countryside.
Bring big flavors and rustic charm into your kitchen with this hands-on cooking class. During this chef-led session, you’ll pan-sear juicy pork chops and top them with a bright sage and parsley pesto, roast duck fat potatoes until perfectly crisp with rosemary and assemble a refreshing shaved radish, fennel and herb salad. For something sweet to cleanse your palate, you'll whip up utterly irresistible roasted strawberry basil ice cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
