What You’ll Do

Craft pure Italian magic during a hands-on session.

Dive into an Italian menu packed with rustic charm and unforgettable flavors in this hands-on cooking class. With an esteemed chef guide, you'll master the techniques for searing juicy pork chops topped with a fragrant sage and parsley pesto. Next, craft roast crispy duck fat and rosemary potatoes before tossing a bright, herb-packed salad with shaved radish and fennel. For dessert, save room for velvety-smooth roasted strawberry basil ice cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Great time! It was a simple enough meal to learn that helped us both expand our palette and culinary repetoire. Recommend for all. I would ask in the future exactly what you are going to learn.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

It was so much fun! Learned several techniques from Chef Miguel and the food was amazing. I believe the small class size helped. I would recommend this class.

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!
