Practice kneading, resting, and rolling techniques to create pasta with the perfect al dente bite. While the dough rests, prepare a classic marinara sauce with tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. Finish by pairing your handmade fettuccine with the aromatic sauce for an authentic, flavorful Italian dish.
