Master new knife skills such as dicing, julienning, chiffonade and rough cutting while preparing a hearty chicken noodle soup. Chef Michael was amazing! My son and I did his Soul Food course and not only was the food incredible, but the experience was something we will never forget. It really inspired us both. Chef Michael was so helpful, patient and friendly and really took the time to explain everything in a way that was fun and interesting. I highly recommend this experience to anyone. Thank you Chef!

Michael was fantastic! He's personable, flexible, a terrific teacher providing delicious, gorgeous food. We have never done this type of event, and are recommending it to all our friends. Michael goes above and beyond and you learn a great deal, while enjoying your meal! High recommend!

We had a wonderful time with Chef Mike! We learned about cooking techniques while he made a delicious meal. Nothing was rushed and Mike was great company. As a first timer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. After such a lovely evening, I’ll be sure to book Chef Mike again in the future!

What an amazing experience! Chef Michael really knows his stuff and was happy to share his knowledge, experience and humor. The food was delicious, and going into this with little cooking skills I feel like my ability to make a delicious meal in the kitchen has been vastly improved. Add that to working in the comfort of your own kitchen? Amazing. Will recommended to friends, family, and everyone who has any interest in a private class. Looking forward to getting a larger group of friends together for more lessons!

Chef Michael makes food you want to eat everyday! The dishes he teaches you are great dinner meals that taste like comfort food. He has a great knowledge of food, I learned so much in my class, not just about the food we were cooking but also about other cooking techniques that I can use at home. I would definitely recommend Chef Michael to anyone who is ready to learn about food and have a good time!
