Discover the secrets to making fresh antipasti that’s perfect as a first course or sharing lunch at this Italiano cooking class. You’ll grow your kitchen skills and explore diverse ingredients as you make bruschetta with tapenade and ricotta and mushrooms with Italian sausage. You’ll also make a batch of fried calamari and classic antipasti skewers.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
