Come to this insightful cooking class and you’ll leave a more confident cook. An experienced chef tutor leads the class and gives you plenty of opportunities to increase your skills as you cook lamb skewers and pair with farro and sweet sugar-snap peas. Plus, you’ll make a classic spring fruit upside-down cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Never received the written recipe to make this meal at home. 4 people had to share the workspace and the pan to cook with. No cutting or prepping was introduced. No tips or assistance to help with a good outcome, just a demonstration.
