What You’ll Do

Practice pastry making techniques to prepare sweet and savory international selections.

Led by a gourmet pastry chef, this cooking class is the perfect way to learn new skills for making New Zealand, Scottish and French pastry creations. Begin by preparing delicate pavlovas topped with fluffy meringue and a berry compote. Next, combine cheddar cheese and smoked salted butter for classic scones. You'll also prepare a leek, gruyère and ham quiche.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
