This interactive cooking class focuses on the building blocks of classic pastry. From whisking meringue to rolling out pastry dough, you’ll master the essential methods behind iconic sweet and savory bakes. Follow along with an expert chef as you prepare miniature pavlovas with berry compote, savory cheddar scones with salted butter and a signature quiche.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
