The overall experience was fun and educational. We had two groups on opposite sides of the room and the chef always her he back to our side when she was demoing something- even as simple as cutting. dicing- and it was hard to hear and impossible to see what she was doing.

The chef Patrick was not the chef. The entire thing was very disorganized and unprofessional. There was not enough dough for everyone and the teacher did not know what she was doing. The croissants did not come out at all like croissants! False advertising!
