Welcome the warm weather with a seasonal menu that celebrates spring's bounty.
Celebrate the fresh, vibrant flavors of spring in this hands-on cooking class. Guided by an esteemed chef, you'll prepare a menu that showcases the seasonal produce you've waited all winter for. Marinated lamb skewers are served with herb yogurt and paired with nutty farro and roasted carrots with preserved lemons and feta. For dessert, you’ll create a spring fruit upside-down cake complemented by homemade buttermilk ice cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef
Chef Amalia is a seasoned cook who transitioned from a legal career to sharing her passion for making food and its preparation more accessible. She is able to make complicated tasks appear simple by breaking them down into their most essential components and encouraging the students to practice and then master each skill. In her kitchen, encouragement and mastery are the keys to making culinary arts approachable for all.
