What You’ll Do

Celebrate regional ingredients from Spain with a vibrant gourmet menu.

This hands-on cooking class showcases traditional ingredients and techniques from the Spanish kitchen. Guided by an esteemed chef, you’ll roast succulent pork and prepare robust Romesco sauce. Season roasted potatoes with a tantalizing mix of Spanish paprika, orange and fennel, then mix a briny black olive salad. For dessert, savor the complexity of olive oil ice cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was well organized with clear directions. Chef was wonderful - Adiska was very patient, kind and fun. I really enjoyed myself! Not to mention the sushi was tasty, too!

Chef Aeisha was very knowledgeable in Asian cuisine and the meal we created was delicious. We were promised the recipes to be emailed to us and I have not received them.
