What You’ll Do

Craft a vibrant French feast showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients.

In this hands-on cooking class, an esteemed chef shares tips for highlighting the flavors of simple ingredients from fresh herbs to zesty citrus. You’ll sear delicate salmon and make pan sauce with white wine. Brighten grilled haricot verts with aromatic tarragon-chive butter, then whip up airy mousse au citron with a perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was well organized with clear directions. Chef was wonderful - Adiska was very patient, kind and fun. I really enjoyed myself! Not to mention the sushi was tasty, too!
