What You’ll Do

Learn about the myriad Japanese flavors beyond the world of sushi.

Spend an evening broadening your cooking horizons with this cooking class all about traditional Japanese fare. You’ll learn to make shrimp and pork gyoza with ginger soy sauce, vegetable tempura with dashi dipping sauce, grilled chicken yakitori with a yuzu and orange glaze and black sesame miso cookies, all from scratch. With flavors that pack a punch and textures that range from crispy to chewy, this menu checks every box.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
