Chef Scott made things fun and simple. All the prep work and measuring had been done before we got their, as if we had our own sous chefs! Class moved along at a good pace, the recipes were easy to follow, and the food was tasty!

I Enjoyed this class so much! It was my first time, and the Teacher/ Chef and her Sous Chef made me feel so welcomed. I learned so much and had no trouble with anything due to the Chefs excellent explanation and teaching skills. I highly recommend this or any upcoming classes. Will definitely be back!

Chef Devin was truly a treat to work with. Did the Fresh Mediterranean Flavors: Falafel to Baklava vegetarian class with him. He gave several options/adjustments that are helpful in our personal cooking experiences. I truly appreciated this insight, feedback, and improvisations. Those little gems of knowledgeable are more valuable than preparing the receipe. I would love to see more vegetarian cooking classes offered, esp involving beans, nutritional acumen, meaning a meal considering protein, mineral consumption, etc.
