Rustic and bold Spanish flavors are on the menu in this immersive cooking class. This chef-led session will teach you the fundamentals of crafting delectable Spanish cuisine, from juicy roasted pork loin topped with smoky romesco sauce to classic roast potatoes seasoned with Spanish paprika, a key ingredient in most Spanish dishes. For dessert, you'll create an intriguing olive oil ice cream garnished with gourmet almonds and shaved chocolate.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
