This cooking class focused on refining your kitchen cutting skills is the perfect workshop for chefs of all abilities. Work on classic Asian dishes like marinated cucumber salad, fresh rolls, chicken lo mein and green tea ice cream while following guided instruction from a gifted local chef, learning expert knife techniques along the way.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

This was my first cozy meal class. Chef V was terrific. I love the casual, not pretentiousness of the class. I look forward to more classes.
