Take a table top tour of this treasured region's finest traditions.

Travel to a treasured realm of gourmet possibilities with a cooking class that brings Tuscan traditions to light. With your top-flight instructor acting as a culinary guide, you'll practice heritage techniques for preparing succulent braised chicken, creamy polenta flavored with Parmesan cheese, green beans roasted with a balsamic glaze and refreshing blood orange sorbet made from scratch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
