What You’ll Do

Practice making your own delicious and wholesome pasta dishes from scratch.

Learn the difference handmade pasta makes to your dining life in a cooking class that shows you the fundamentals from start to finish. You'll develop your pasta skills with guidance from a stellar local chef who show you how to make your own dough that becomes ravioli and pappardelle, with a pair of premium homespun sauces.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Vlisaria brings over 18 years of hospitality experience and a culinary foundation from Le Cordon Bleu. With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
