What You’ll Do

Unleash creativity as kids build kitchen skills, create tasty dishes and have unforgettable fun.

Ignite your child's culinary curiosity with a hands-on cooking class designed for ages 7-11. Over five fun-filled days, they’ll explore cooking and baking techniques while building confidence in the kitchen. From chopping veggies to kneading pasta dough and tempering chocolate, students will master essential food prep skills and kitchen safety practices, guided by an expert chef instructor. At the end, each student takes home a printed menu, a graduation certificate and valuable skills for life.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

As a cake designer for over 15 years, she combines expertise and creativity, offering guests an inspiring and skillful culinary experience.

The chef was great and the meal was delicious. I was told we'd receive the recipe in our emails though and I still haven't seen it.

We did not have chef Zach but the chef we had was excellent. Instructions clear and visuals were good. She explained why things happen and gave us hints on how to be better bakers. Her assistant was also excellent. She was patient and helpful.

Candy was so knowledgeable and helpful during the class! Her instructions were clear and she was able to explain the science behind macarons and meringue which helped me tremendously! I’ve never enjoyed the taste of macarons until I did this class, which made me realize macarons are delicious!

For $99 per person, we got pretty awful cuts of beef, didn’t really learn anything, and just kind of threw a whole bunch of ingredients together while the instructor practically made everything. It was kind of like a labor intensive dinner where you had to stand at a very low table to eat a meal in 20 minutes. Seems like a fun date night, and it was A fine experience overall, but skip this and spend $99 on An amazing steak dinner . A haphazard lesson about chopping herbs is not worth the money.

This was our first class-Pasta.making. We really enjoyed it. Chef Ellie was really great very informative, just a great instructor. We will be back for sure

I loved everything about this class!!! Chef Ellie was a phenomenal teacher and taught us lots of neat tricks for cooking. The food was SO good! I highly recommend taking one of these classes. I took the Gourmet New Year’s Eve class.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity
