Cooking Class - Hone Your Skills With the Knife

What You’ll Do

Step into the kitchen and refine your skills in this cooking class.

Learn to use your knife with a hone your skills with the knife cooking class. Listen to an expert chef's instructions to learn the foundation of cooking with proper knife techniques. Learn how to prepare a delicious marinated cucumber salad while pairing it with fresh rice paper rolls. Use your knife skills to make ginger chicken scallion lo mein and finish by making green tea ice cream with orange supremes for dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
