The knife class was fun and informative. Our resident chef was great - goood at teaching / showing methods, offering pro tips, and answering questions. We had fun - and the snacks were delicious!

The chef was truly skilled and the food was fantastic. However, we found the shared cooking pot and station with another couple to be a bit awkward. Rotating through the steps with four people significantly reduced the hands-on learning and made it difficult to fully engage with the instructions. We believe the experience would be greatly enhanced if each couple had their own cooking setup, allowing for a more personal and immersive experience.
