Lousiana is known for bold and soulful cooking, which you will get to explore in this lively Lousiana meal cooking class. Follow the instructions of a top-rated chef and learn how to make a classic chicken and sausage gumbo. Prepare peel-and-eat shrimp in delicious remoulade dipping sauce with a side of red beans and rice. End the meal with a local favorite of bananas Foster and vanilla ice cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
