Explore techniques for creating authentic French recipes.

Elevate your next meal by joining this cooking class inspired by traditional French cuisine and culinary techniques. You'll join a gourmet chef who will teach you how to simmer chicken, prepare a white wine sauce, purée potatoes with truffle flavor and whip egg whites into a frothy meringue. Recipes include coq au vin blanc, truffle pommes purée and meringue with vanilla bean crème Anglaise.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Good instructions for the recipes. Should be clear that you’ll be standing for several hours and no seats are available.

The facility is nice. The instructor was a little mechanical (vs. engaging). The recipes were good although a bit rushed/little chance to actually try/make the sauces. Would have preferred an opportunity to sit down and eat, vs. standing and feeling rushed out the door
