What You’ll Do

Bake decadent cupcakes with peanut butter frosting, strawberry cream filling and festive fondant decorations.

Get ready to bake delicious cupcakes in this two-hour cooking class for both adults and kids. Discover the techniques for making decadent chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter frosting and strawberries and cream-filled cupcakes with vanilla buttercream. As a sweet touch, learn to create spring-inspired fondant decorations that will add a personal flair to your treats. By the end of the session, you’ll be equipped to recreate these delightful cupcakes in your own kitchen.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 7+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chef was great and the meal was delicious. I was told we'd receive the recipe in our emails though and I still haven't seen it.

We did not have chef Zach but the chef we had was excellent. Instructions clear and visuals were good. She explained why things happen and gave us hints on how to be better bakers. Her assistant was also excellent. She was patient and helpful.

Candy was so knowledgeable and helpful during the class! Her instructions were clear and she was able to explain the science behind macarons and meringue which helped me tremendously! I’ve never enjoyed the taste of macarons until I did this class, which made me realize macarons are delicious!

For $99 per person, we got pretty awful cuts of beef, didn’t really learn anything, and just kind of threw a whole bunch of ingredients together while the instructor practically made everything. It was kind of like a labor intensive dinner where you had to stand at a very low table to eat a meal in 20 minutes. Seems like a fun date night, and it was A fine experience overall, but skip this and spend $99 on An amazing steak dinner . A haphazard lesson about chopping herbs is not worth the money.

This was our first class-Pasta.making. We really enjoyed it. Chef Ellie was really great very informative, just a great instructor. We will be back for sure

I loved everything about this class!!! Chef Ellie was a phenomenal teacher and taught us lots of neat tricks for cooking. The food was SO good! I highly recommend taking one of these classes. I took the Gourmet New Year’s Eve class.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity
