Cooking Class - Parisian Speciality Steak - Date Night

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 3-course meal.
Learn to create a signature menu of French specialties.
Fine dining meets home cooking at this date night cooking class. Working side by side with your partner, you’ll develop fundamental kitchen techniques including searing steak, preparing a pan sauce and emulsifying vinaigrette to pair with salad. Round off your session by melting chocolate and whisking egg whites to make a light mousse.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at ravioli class. Chef taught at a perfect pace, was inclusive, warm and welcoming- and had some great tips- some he illustrated with speech and multiple picked up with simple observation. A fantastic teacher.

So fun! Emily was an awesome teacher. There were 9 of us in the class and we each were able to make portions of the meal. All of us rolled out and assembled the 2 pastas we made. The meal was delicious!

We had a great time with Emma! She made the event fun for our team. The food was delicious, and she provided some carry home material to try at home. I live out of town, but if I am ever in the area again, I would come again.

Chef Amjad spent only 10 or so minutes explaining some of the ingredients before handing it off to his assistant then left. His assistant did a great job with the rest of the class. She took her time explaining everything to the kids and was all around great instructor.

We were very pleased with our cooking class experience with Chef Amjad. He created a fun, hands-on learning environment - that helped some out of their comfort zone - but with skilled guidance was able to help all complete each task to complete the meal. If you've never tried tried this kind of experience I encourage you to do so with Chef Amjad.

This class exceeded my expectations. I'm nervous about cooking, but Chef Ajmad was a great instructor. He explained everything, tools, processes, and made me feel like I was part of the cooking experience. I learned new techniques that I will apply in my own limited cooking experience to make my food taste better. This was a wonderful way to spend an evening.

This was our first cooking class experience and we both loved it! The pace was appropriate, we were able to stay busy the whole time, learn some new cooking skills and interact with the other participants. We would definitely take another cooking class at this location.

Chef Sloane was our chef. We absolutely loved it! She was a great instructor and the food was fantastic. I definitely feel like it's a meal I can make at home now and really enjoyed chef's additional tips for making the recipe your own.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
