What You’ll Do

Learn how to bake light and buttery brioche in this culinary session.

Learn how to bake ultra-soft and buttery French bread in this hands-on brioche baking cooking class led by a top-rated chef. In this three-hour class, you will learn how to mix the light, soft and buttery dough. Once mixed, you'll fry it into delicious chocolate donuts, braid the dough for babka and use herbs and cheese for rich savory rolls. Sample your hard work at the end of the class.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
