What You’ll Do

Explore the flavors of the American southwest in this culinary session.

Expand your American cooking with the riches of southwest cuisine cooking class. Learn from a top-rated chef how to make the most flavorful grilled shrimp with cilantro-chile butter that is paired with green chili stew and chipotle cream. Try your hand at making a classic and hot japapeño cheddar cornbread. Finally, end the cooking class by making churro fritters with Mexican chocolate sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
