What You’ll Do

Plan a culinary adventure to the Mediterranean coast.

Join a gourmet chef for this cooking class inspired by the flavors and fragrances of authentic Mediterranean cuisine. You'll learn sous vide techniques to prepare steak with a roasted garlic and herb butter compound. Create a spicy harissa glaze to top roasted carrots and use chopping skills for a pine nut, couscous and garlic aioli. Dessert is a delightful pomegranate swirl ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Jennifer has been passionate about cooking since crafting her own meatloaf recipe at age eight. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of Louisville and spent her early career as a visual merchandise manager and scenic artist. After raising three daughters, Chef Jennifer honed her skills further at The Columbus Culinary Institute, earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. For the past decade, she has worked as a personal chef, media food stylist and chef instructor.
