What You’ll Do

Start your day with buttery and flaky homemade delights.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn tips and techniques for achieving the signature layers of French breakfast favorites, from decadent pain au chocolate to swirled morning buns. The chef instructor will walk you through the process of laminating dough, the essential method behind buttery croissants and other flaky French treats that are perfect for any time of day.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chef Patrick was not the chef. The entire thing was very disorganized and unprofessional.There was not enough dough for everyone and the teacher did not know what she was doing. The croissants did not come out at all like croissants! False advertising!

Chef Scott did a great job. The evening was a lot of fun, we learned new things and really enjoyed the cooking and eating a great meal.

It was a lot of fun and Chef Scott did a great job, however I would limit the size.
