The culinary classics you will create in this interactive cooking class bring treasures from the heart of Louisiana to your home table. Discover downhome methods for preparing gumbo filled with chicken and andouille sausage, tender shrimp paired with remoulade dipping sauce, zesty red beans and rice and bananas Foster served with homemade vanilla ice cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was well organized with clear directions. Chef was wonderful - Adiska was very patient, kind and fun. I really enjoyed myself! Not to mention the sushi was tasty, too!
