Learn to make authentic Szechuan cuisine in a fun environment.
Spice up your culinary skills with a hands-on Szechuan cooking class. Learn to make traditional Chinese cuisine from a five-star chef in an engaging setting. Master new skills in the kitchen while learning to make crispy pork wontons in chili oil sauce, dan dan noodles and wok-fried green beans. End class with a sweet and satisfying milk tea for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Shirley brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the cooking and hospitality industry, having excelled in roles such as Sous Chef, Line Cook, Prep Chef, Chef Instructor and Butcher. With a parallel career in insurance, where she managed sales teams for over a decade, Chef Shirley values leadership, knowledge and experience as key drivers of success. Passionate about nurturing talent, she aims to inspire and develop the next generation of culinary and industry professionals.
