Spice up your life with Szechuan cuisine! In this class, our chef instructor will guide you through making bold and flavorful dishes. From folding dumplings and cutting noodles to making sauces and more, you’ll explore the satisfyingly spicy flavors made famous by southwest China.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
