What You’ll Do

Craft handmade pasta with expert guidance in this hands-on cooking class.

Explore pasta-making like never before during this hands-on cooking class. You'll refine your pasta-making skills while preparing two exquisite types of pasta. Start with indulgent egg ravioli draped in a luxurious sage brown butter sauce. Next, craft hand-cut pappardelle paired with a rich walnut, prosciutto and sage cream sauce. Last on the menu is a refreshing arugula and radicchio salad tossed with a zesty lemon vinaigrette made from scratch.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
