Chocolate Brioche Babka - Brioche Donuts with Brewed Coffee - Brioche Rolls with Herbs and Cheese

Brioche is a French bake that crosses the boundaries between a pastry and bread. It is soft, buttery and delicious, and its slightly delicate flavor lends itself beautifully to both savory meals and sweet treats. In this three-hour class, our chef instructor will teach you how to mix this versatile and decadent dough. You will fry it up into donuts, braid the dough with chocolate into a babka and use herbs and cheese for savory rolls.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
