What You’ll Do

Share your love of Italian cuisine by learning traditional techniques you can recreate at home.

This cooking class explores the culinary skills of Italy's flavor-filled landscape. You'll join a gourmet chef who will share tips for preparing several authentic recipes.

Start with seafood risotto with scallops, shrimp, peas, Parmesan cheese and basil. Next, serve Italian green beans with butter, breadcrumbs and even more Parmesan. Learn how to braise a pork shoulder in a hearty ragù and prepare brown butter pasta with sage. Dessert is a creamy vanilla bean panna cotta.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My coworkers and I had a blast! This experience was truly unforgettable. I cannot wait to sign up for another class with chef Washington. Chef & his lovely assistant were super helpful & answered any questions we had while cooking. We had great conversations & the food was BOMB!!! Chef Washington was very professional and really engaged with the group. He was very good at explaining what to do for all skill levels and ensured that everyone had a good time. The food and the whole experience was spectacular!!!
