Experience the vibrant flavors of Spain in this exciting cooking class with Chef Adina. This exquisite menu has been curated for you to indulge in delightful European tastes.

Start with tartaletas de puerro—delicate leek tartlets to set the tone for an unforgettable meal. For the main course, you’ll prepare seafood and mushroom fideuà, which is a noodle paella filled with rich flavor, earthy mushrooms and succulent seafood. Pair your main dish with tender potatoes sautéed with garlic, olive oil and peppers and conclude your meal with a warm, flaky apple pie empanada.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We recently hosted Chef Rachel at our home for a private dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was a great experience from start to finish. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. We could tell Chef Rachel is passionate about her craft, as her attention to detail was excellent in every way.
