Perfect your sauce-making skills in this immersive cooking class with Chef Kevin, a true expert in the versatility of sauces and how they take dishes to the next level.

Using fresh ingredients, you'll get hands-on with prepping various sauces. Start by turning clarified butter, lemon, egg yolks and cayenne into a classic hollandaise sauce, served with asparagus for an earthy starter. Next, create a luxurious port wine sauce to accompany sizzling tenderloin, expertly prepared by Chef Kevin. Finish with a delightful peach cobbler topped with a luscious marshmallow vanilla sauce, all made from scratch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with chef Kevin. He allowed us to be as engaged as we liked and provided lots of expertise and guidance throughout our dinner experience. Everything was so delicious and we’d love to try another class with him down the road. Highly recommend

Kevin did a great job showing us great tips for prepping food and chopping vegetables. The 6 courses was great, extra large raspberries. Would book Kevin again. He cleaned up the whole kitchen after also.
